Roof Repair Management
EuroLDS can perform the appropriate survey and, once the comprehensive report is available, manage the repair of the defect(s) found. Once the remedial work is completed, EuroLDS will retest to verify the defect is repaired correctly leaving the customer with a comprehensive report with precise defect information, pictorial data showing the before and after the remedial works were performed.
EuroLDS utilises a web-based project management tool to share valuable insights into the progress of the repair project enabling the client to stay up to date with the latest developments.
Roof Maintenance Programmes
EuroLDS roof maintenance programmes consist of a preventive maintenance plan for all parts of the building’s roof areas, gutters, downpipes and cappings.
A Roof Maintenance Programme will typically start with a full Roof Condition Inspection to assess all roof coverings and gutter areas. A maintenance plan will then be drawn up giving the client a set of plan choices.
These plans would keep all gutter areas and outlets clean and free from blockages throughout the year.
Once this is done, an inspection of gutter joints and seals can be undertaken and repairs can be scheduled for any defects found.
EuroLDS will issue a comprehensive report with pictorial data and will give advisory notices on any areas that raise concerns of future failures.
